Description
Camellia oil is a great plant based oil that I use on straight razors and knives. It’s very different from a mineral oil in that it cures to a hard finish yet it can easily be removed with hot water or WD40. It’s what the Samurai used on their katana in the hot, humid Japanese weather. I source mine directly from Japan and it’s medical/cosmetic grade. There are cheap versions of the oil out there and they’re usually from China and diluted with some other oil. I can smell the difference. The oiler is lockable and capable of putting a fraction of a drop exactly where it’s needed reducing the usual spray mess. The oiler contains a full ounce.
